Week 1

The first week of Project 7 Month went better than expected. The first step (or in my case, steps) is always the hardest. Yesterday and this morning, I went for a swim (20 laps = 500m). After two years of trying, I finally noticed some improvement in my swimming ability and I’m actually enjoying myself now. I will be very happy once I get rid of the first 10 lbs (129 lbs) and even happier if I finish the year at 127 lbs. There’s a little over a month left. I CAN DO IT!
